With advance interception technology, AdShield enables you to have an ad free web experience to see more of the content that you want. AdShield can blocks ads, banners, adult websites and more. It can also prevent advertisers from tracking your behavior and saves battery as well as data plan.
AdShield blocks ads on almost all browser, literally. You don't need to change your favorite browser to so-call "ad-blocker browser" for ad blocking. This application runs on almost all your favorite browser (include Chrome). *AdShield is not an antivirus app!

• Disable browser compression (data saver, optional for Chrome)
• Type in chrome://flags search for async DNS resolver (#enable-async-dns) and choose disabled in the drop down menu (skip for Chrome 89 or newer version).
Otherwise chrome could bypass AdShield which blocks nothing.
For video-site, you will need Yandex Browser with AdShield extension(Enhanced Browsing) to watch ad-free video.
If you are experiencing strange problems, please try to reinstall AdShield.
AdShield is NOT a VPN proxy which connects to remote servers that can masks your IP address. Your IP address will still the same when AdShield is activated.

Comments about AdShield - Ad blocker Android Version
This is a really excellent ad blocker and is very effective in making your webpages look clean. However, from my experience, there are still certain types of pop ups that this app doesn't seem to detect, mainly the ones that would just randomly appear on the screen and would have a small "close" button. Apart from this though, everything is pretty good and I would say this app is worth the money spent.
Works as described. Really good for blocking flashing ads that distract from reading web pages. There are still some ads, but they're not intrusive nor stuck randomly in the middle of the page. I read a lot of Chinese language books and they have prolific ads that are very distracting. AdShield works as described and has improved from my initial use from less than one year ago. Doesn't take up a lot of RAM and works silently in the background as any good software should do.
Works about 90% of the time. When working proper, very few sites will have ads. You got to follow the directions to make it work for Chrome. Also, it appears if Chrome needs an update, it disables Ad Block. The customer service was quick with a response, even on a Sunday. Would recommend* *please note this blocks pop up ads, video ads that appear at the bottom of the screen, and ads found on pages. It will not block ads from Youtube (the ones embedded in videos). Same with Facebook.
