So far I really like this app. I think you are missing that the app can not only be used for productivity productivity, but also relaxing. For example it is quite painfull to deactivate apps for the evenings and weekends and the subtle reminders "be productive" actually trigger me slightly :) Additionally the term "Active Time" does not really make sense and I initially disabled apps for the inverse time.
I've been using the App for a while now and everything was just great until I found out about a huge issue that makes the app basically useless. Opening a blocked app in the split and/or popup-screen view doesn't trigger the blockage at all and I can use the blocked apps as much as I want.Since I discovered that, the app became useless! I contacted the support with a detailed email. Sadly, I didn't get any response from their side.. I'm giving up on the app. Already looking for an alternative..
The statistic system seems to be scewed. I think it may count apps that are open in the background to overall runtime of said app, which doesn't make sense but whatever. Ultimately it depends on you. If you make a habit out of disabling your profiles to watch that video to the end and don't turn it back on, the app won't help (a 'disable temporarily' feature might help here)
