Sometimes the drivers cancel it without any plan and it can cause some serious problems for your travel plans. Besides, the chatting part is not so good which needs to be revised. You can not see the profile photo which is not good. I recommend to make it possible that the users put several photos of themselves as an album and the drivers and passengers can trust easier. Anyway, it is a good app
Great idea and concept. However, the UI and UX is a joke. Every page/menu you go to has to load again after leaving said page and coming back to it. For example, when tapping on the messages icon it has to load, then tapping on a message it has to load, and then pressing the back button to go back to the messages screen it has to load again. Also there's no manual refresh function. And you have to wait forever for offered/canceled rides to update on the ride selection screen. Please fix this
Besides some sync issues (-1 Star), I like the app and it's features. Another star will be given, if the selection feature for locations on the embedded map would accept specific addresses and/or a general area more easily. This would be much better when it comes to offering to pick someone up within a specific radius. Another point is the way of payment which is not really transparent to me yet. I'd like to see when, how,... the money gets transferred more easily.
