Good replacement for Boldbeast when it stopped working after upgrade. Like that it will archive in the cloud. I'm ok with ten bucks a year. I went back to review a recent call and found the file that was correctly identified and it showed a call duration, but there was no audio. Calls going back about two weeks had the same problem; earlier ones were fine. I REALLY needed the info because I didn't write it down, assuming that the info had been recorded. Where do I find stystem_info.txt file?

Have used other apps, supposedly targeting Samsung phones, but did not match the clarity of sound or the functionality of this one. You see the caller name or number. File format has not been a problem as mentioned in other reviews. 4 years on and still great. With the change to Google policy, the app stopped working. I added the software suggested by the developer and I am back on and very happy.

The application used to be legendary. It worked like a dream. But since a few months, it's gone down the drain. Does not record all calls automatically, skips a few, randomly. Those that it does record, there isn't any Audio. Everytime I open the application, it shows an error that the connector is not enabled. I always try and fix it, and it is always enabled in the settings. Yet the application will still give the error, always. The best damn application is now more functional. Sad state.
