Comments about ClevCalc - Calculator Android Version
Have only used it a few times in last 2 weeks. I really like the easy to use UI and the offline feature. Basic graphics, nothing fancy. Purpose was to get something that can do what I thought was all- basic calculate and convert. But its capable of calculating other things- time, currency, fuel, etc. Google's cannot doing anything other than calculate and trying to deGoogle my phone. Samsung's can convert units but is not available for my Xperia 5 iii.
I'm a person of numbers and I always felt the default calculator that comes with every smartphone by default is very restrictive in terms of both options as well as usability (UI, shortcuts etc). ClevCalc is a very good alternative I found when I was looking for an app that simulates the physical scientific calculator I used to use during my high school days. It really does a lot for its free version (developers, I hope the free version remains as it is without further reduction in features).
Well here I am a year later writing another review. I have to say it smooth it works well no problems no glitches. No unnecessary bells and whistles that just get in the way. One of the better of calculators is not one of the best that I have encountered onliI tried many of the calculators. There just seems to be something missing in most of them. Also, a large majority have defects that make them hard to use. This one just functions nice and smooth just the way a calculator should. Recommended.
