Extremely frustrating experience with the app. Could not change appoinment date. Had to call up customer service to change, which after it was changed to a new date, i got another SMS a day later saying it was changed back to the old date (without my consent) and now I have to repeat the entire process again!! Absolute waste of time!!!

Very poor app. Even bill does not show in this App. My relocation was completed in June and address was updated. Now, the same old address is showing on the bills on the WebSite. Have called few times already to inform regarding the App issue but nothing has been done till date. Instead, now address is even wrong. I have uninstalled the app and have to login to website to check the bill. Shirley covers half of the screen in App.

I was trying to Subscribe to ready roam for Asia, keeps saying Forbidden, but i was able to subscribe 2 months ago. After 2hrs figuring out, i tried to uninstall the app and re-install, then it went through. But WHY? Never have this hassle before. The customer service not helping also. Cant figure out what to do. EDIT: 1 Star now, why you suddenly charge me $591.91? I barely used my data plan as im mostly at home, did not have roaming or subscriptions. Worst case is the pdf bill cannot show!
