horrible app! it's not user friendly and also not intuitive at all. i always have to search very long to find simple things/options. also, rearranging or updating pictures for listings doesn't work! it always says that i have to contact the etsy support, but every etsy seller knows that this so called support basically doesn't even exist. i contacted them because of another issue i had MONTHS ago (like 6 months or so) and to this day i never received an answer. frustrating.

Terrible app. One of my shops' language is German, phone is set to English. Whenever I open a listing in the app, it will translate the listing to my phone language and save it like that, so I will have to manually rewrite the listing on the web page. Wasted time and energy, so obvs stopped using the app. Also no notifications for new orders. Don't know why they couldn't just adjust the old app instead of creating a new one full of bugs.

Absolutely diabolical! Probably the worst app I've ever used! It's archaic! Won't automatically save what you are listing, so after numerous attempts to upload photos,( which should take seconds but takes AGES!) should you get interrupted for any reason god forbid!! You go back to your listing and it's gone! You have to start ALL over again!! So frustrating, and such a waste of time!! I am new to etsy as a seller but I'm not impressed, and really thinking it's not for me! Shame.
