Comments about FedEx Mobile Android Version

Current version is just useless. I have tried from cleaning cache to reinstalling. Nothing works. Does not sign up, that had to be done on browser. Mobile also does not log in, no matter what. And finally, if you click on a tracking link, it will open the app and fail tracking. But if you copy the link it works just fine on web/browser. That's from a user on S22 Ultra. It's just not working, don't waste your time.

Would give 0 star if possible. One of the worst modern Android apps I've ever dealt with. It constantly crashes. Each update makes it worse and less stable. I have to reinstall it almost every other week because the app won't even open beyond the purple splash screen with the FedEx logo on it. It just stays there for ever if I don't kill it. At that point, wiping cache or even wiping data won't remedy it! Amazing!! Then my only option is to completely uninstall and reinstall it! It's 2023 ffs

Good to almost unbearable. They deprecated the old version but didn't tell anybody, so for a week and a half my app wouldn't work. Fast forward to uninstalling and getting the new version now it's completely different. It requires you to tell them how you're going to use the app and if you're a business or personal. And every single time you want details from a tracking number a pop-up appears and asks you how you want notifications. I cannot stress that enough that that is EVERY SINGLE TIME.
