I download my songs, and this used to be a good app to do it on, but recently its been randomly closing my songs out, stopping them randomly, or say they're playing even though they're not. I was able to deal with it at first, but now its to the point I can't listen to a song I like without it cutting out every few seconds. It's annoying and needs to be fixed.
Works great easy-to-use multi-functional. One issue that I have is when you take a picture or video from a different app it doesn't save it anywhere else except that app. This app should have a feature where if a picture or video is being taken, after you should be asked whether you want to save it to this app so that way you can have it throughout your whole phone right away instead of having to manually do it.
This is frustrating. I had all my videos in a safe folder. Then, one day, I couldn't access it. It showed this message 'installing security update.' I waited a while, but nothing happened. After that, I went and updated Files, but it still showed the same message. Then I went to the Samsung website, and they said to reinstall the files. When I did that, all my videos were gone—none of the 100 videos were even in the trash bin. This is really disappointing. THOSE VIDEOS TOOK ME MONTHS TO COLLECT
