Updated review to lower score. It's been years, and the app will still throw errors 70% of the time, forcing you to make flight changes or search for flights on Delta's website (which is awful in and of itself). A useful app when it works, but it's plagued by menus that fail to load. Check In; Seat Assignment; Upgrade List - all are liable to fail for no apparent reason, even when you're at 5 bars of 4G LTE.
App does not save your ticket in any way. You need a network connection to access it regardless of whether you have done so before and it keeps reloading. If you get to a part of the airport without wifi you just suddenly don't have your ticket, which is not a great feature for a ticket to have and should be incredibly fixable. In the meantime I guess I'm just using screenshots, which seems to negate the point of an app
100% trash. Had to dig through my email to fetch my confirmation number and re-add my current itinerary at least 3 TIMES while running between gates. The app was then convinced that I needed to book a new connection, even though I made it in time, so I had to stop and get a paper boarding pass printed out, since the all-knowing app would no longer let me pull it up. So frustrated! Also, the layout of this app is thoroughly confusing and awful to navigate. Overall one of the worst apps ever.
