App used to be good but started crashing a lot about a year ago. It seems to be getting worse and worse now. The worst is when the app freezes and becomes unresponsive, when I exit the app my phone stops registering taps and displays an error message saying messenger may not work properly on the latest version of Android. Can't even force close the app. The only fix is to reset my phone. This happens about once a week. Most of the time it doesn't display the notifications or messages
U S E L E S S ! ! This app keeps crashing on me. Whenever it happens, it sends my freshly sent messages into the shadow realm, and them it won't function or load at all for 5-10 minutes. The crop function is all over the place, and the record button has to be touched 3-4 times before it realizes you're trying to record. It won't load pictures or video properly at all, either. This app is useless and I hate that I can't just stop using it because of my friends.
Stuck on connecting or waiting for network when every other app works fine. I'll send a message and it won't go through for hours until I open the app again later. Every time you tab out you have to wait a few minutes to connect next time you bring it up, totally negating it's instant messaging features. You can send emails quicker.
