No service in home without wifi, has Etisalat wifi, it has big issues disconnecting it self, saying: connected without internet. Very inconvenient for my business, tech support is very very difficult to contact, call them. It sends you to a computer, follow directions it sends you to they buying products that the product I have is giving me big trouble. Go to your agent. They says it is a technical issue, daily 800 + 2, I dail 800 +2. It's useless, the app the same way, for 1200 00 le a month,
It doesn't do any transactions regarding etisalat cash, they keep the money for themselves there, there aren't services in return, can't send anything to anyone, it will say 'this transaction can't be done at the moment thanks for understanding' which is super frustrating because they NEVER allow the transaction EVER
One star is more than enough for the awful experience i have been having with your extremely bad service. Network always keeps cutting in and out, loose connection everywhere. You guys have been of the worst companies ever. Piss it off!
