MyChart Description

MyChart puts your health information in the palm of your hand and helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. With MyChart you can:

• Communicate with your care team.
• Review test results, medications, immunization history, and other health information.
• Connect your account to Google Fit to pull health-related data from your personal devices right into MyChart.
• View your After Visit Summary® for past visits and hospital stays, along with any clinical notes your provider has recorded and shared with you.
• Schedule and manage appointments, including in-person visits and video visits.
• Get price estimates for the cost of care.
• View and pay your medical bills.
• Securely share your medical record from anywhere with anyone who has Internet access.
• Connect your accounts from other healthcare organizations so you can see all your health information in one place, even if you've been seen at multiple healthcare organizations.
• Receive push notifications when new information is available in MyChart. You can check whether push notifications are enabled under the Account Settings within the app.

Note that what you can see and do within the MyChart app depends on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they’re using the latest version of Epic software. If you have questions about what’s available, contact your healthcare organization.

To access MyChart, you must create an account with your healthcare organization. To sign up for an account, download the app and search for your healthcare organization or go to your healthcare organization’s MyChart website. After you’ve signed up, turn on fingerprint authentication or set up a four-digit passcode to quickly log in without needing to use your MyChart username and password each time.

Comments about MyChart Android Version

Frustration! You keep changing it! I get used to one way and then have to learn a new way. When I'm sick and have very little energy, this is NOT HELPFUL! Edit: I've now had MyChart a few years. The app works maybe half the time. Often it says "server error". If I go to the MyChart website through my browser instead of using the app, it usually works. It's a lot of fussing, and I find it quite annoying. Sadly, it's the only app there is to use for the purpose. So, oh well. I'm kinda trapped.
It's okay. Could be better. I'm too often getting "error" coming up. I want to be able to see everything involving my health. Not just partial information. I have had problems in the past with incorrect information being put into my charts (not just in this app but one other app) I would certainly appreciate being able to have a place to at least add the correct information. Not change notes but to note my own information so it can be addressed at next appointment or where needed.
I like the information provided as long as this doesn't take the place of actually talking to patient/s (me). I would like to change my 2factor auth to texts rather than waiting for an email that takes forever, ok, maybe only 2 minutes but hey that's what I would like to change. It sure looks like that should be an option that I haven't found. Keep up the good work. By the way "I" reserve 5 stars to perfect apps. I don't give those out lightly. 😁

Is MyChart safe for my device?

Open up

Yes, MyChart follows the Google Play content guidelines to ensure safe use on your Android device.

What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the MyChart I downloaded is an XAPK file?

Open up

A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation. The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process. XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application. On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.

Can I play MyChart on my computer?

Open up

Yes, you can play MyChart on your computer by installing LDPlayer, an Android emulator. After installing LDPlayer, simply drag and drop the downloaded APK file into the emulator to start playing MyChart on PC. Alternatively, you can open the emulator, search for the game or app you want to play, and install it from there.
