Really bad experience, it's a big Hassel to find the exact location for drivers. It confuses the commuter and driver by showing both of them different locations of each other. You end up waiting and calling multiple times to co-ordinate woth each other. We can catch an auto going around faster than this app. This is not the first time I am facing issues every time I use namma yatri I face this issue. Defeats the whole purpose of apps , which is supposed to help you Hire faster.
App is no longer working. Been a few days since I tried using it but now when I open the app, it shows the starting screen with the logo for a really long time and then transitions into a blank screen. Don't know what's going on with the backend but it DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. The developers need to look into this problem.
It was good ,one problem is they don't show the location of the Auto properly in the app after booking .and one more negative point is the app gets hanged up in the opening screen .After trying for about half an hour it proceeded. Hope you people improve in these things . And the driver was good and well behaved.
