The app is lagging, seems you need to re-size your resources. Buying tokens takes considerably long time which is a surprise since I expect this app to be better compare to third parties particularly in doing this one. I read that you are currently improving the platform causing this kind of issue; but doing so shouldn't affect 'production'. Oh, email verification is lagging as hell. I'm still waiting for it to arrive on my inbox.
Apps is lagging very bad. Need to wait for the page to load. Buying token process is so long, after 15 minutes of payment, the status is still waiting for payment. Payment via virtual account. Not reliable.
I got fail token input, and made a report through the app. They responded and helped to correct it. Thanks
