Comments about RealCalc Plus Android Version
I first installed this calculator on my very first smartphone about 11-12 years ago. It was free and lightweight, had a lot of functionality, great look and stability. I have been using it ever since: through the highschool and the university degrees, it was always one of the first apps I installed on my devices. I cannot even calculate the number of physics problems I solved using this calculator. Now as I am doing my PhD, it's still there and even got an update! Time to support the developer!
Like others I bought this at least 10 years ago and it's one I always come back to. I don't like the simple default calculators that come on phones. Even if I don't use the advanced features that much, it's nice to know they're there. The nostalgia feeling is great too. I'll often load up RealCalc on my phone instead of grabbing my real life calculator especially if the room is dark, that's no problem for RealCalc.
This was the first app I ever spent money for, way back in 2010, when I got my first smartphone. I don't remember how much I paid, but however much it was, RealCalc has earned its value many times over, over the past 13 years. Every time I get a new phone, the first app that gets installed is RealCalc Plus. It's a very full-featured calculator, with chunky buttons, all the scientific functions you could ask for, and a RPN-mode. What's not to love?
