Comments about Substack Android Version
The content and vibe of the app is great, but it still fails miserably at quick loading times and has errors when trying to update the profile bio. The chat function doesn't load at all and keeps showing notifications when there are none. It doesn't take much to make this a five star app, please focus on making this app better because especially the notes function seems to me like a better alternative to Twitter than some other apps popping up.
I can't even get onto the site! I've tried signing in 20 times, uninstalled and reinstalled it, but when I try to create a user name, I get an error "there was an error saving your information", and there's no way to fix it! (Yes, I'm creating a user name correctly, per their parameters.) I tried to contact support, but there's NO way to submit a support request! There's only a support FAQ page, that didn't help, and a link that shows they're supposedly working correctly. Lousy and not worth it!
Not a good android app. Can't switch to landscape. There isn't full screen in video player, so I can't have a small overlay video player overtop my other apps. Love the service. Hate the app as it currently is. I am forced to watch videos through my email. But they often freeze the picture when I navigate the playback position. I believe that an application should improve the ability to access the content and not hinder it. I am sure it will improve eventually. But as is, I have no use for this.

Is Substack safe for my device?
Open up
Yes, Substack follows the Google Play content guidelines to ensure safe use on your Android device.
What is an XAPK file, and what should I do if the Substack I downloaded is an XAPK file?
Open up
A file with .xapk extension is a compressed package file. It is a container file format that incorporates APK and additional associated files required for the installation.
The XAPK format was introduced to package the APK file and OBB file together for a seamless delivery and installation process.
XAPK format can help reduce the package size of application.
On mobile phones, users need to install the XAPK installer first, and then install XAPK files through that installer. You can find the installer here:https://apkcombo.com/how-to-install/. But on PC client, you just need to put the file on LDPlayer.
Can I play Substack on my computer?
Open up
Yes, you can play Substack on your computer by installing LDPlayer, an Android emulator.
