Good app for your occasional scanning needs, but I wouldn't recommend it if you regularly need to scan documents or want to use it to archive them. The free version (essentially a glorified demo with ads) allows for 3 documents to be scanned, just enough to quickly send something. The quality is decent, though colored documents don't seem to turn out that great.
This app used to be the best of the best, a useful & highly recommended product. Unfortunately, the on going changes have rendered it unusable. The app consistently, crashed thru several updates & I had no access to the scans I'd saved since at minimum 2017. Recently, tried yet another update & now there's a subscription, 90% of thedocs scanned & backed up are MIA and as bonus today's update added full screen/blaring ads that do not close & there's no option to turn the sound off.
Desperately needed to scan a document and was told the app was free. The premium ad popped up. Accepted the free trial and am now trying to figure out how to cancel. It tells me to go to Google Play and look on the menu for subscriptions. Click on Tiny Scanner App and I can cancel. I can't find the subscriptions under Google Play. How the heck can I cancel it?
