Nice app, used it for one year but suddenly it starts showing wrong ETA. For a hour drive its showing 6 hours without any traffic on the route. No matter which place i select it shows wrong eta. Very disappointed. I had to switched to other navigation and cancel my yearly subscription. No refund was given from the support. Not helpful.
The app does work good when it works. There are still many places for improvement. Search functionality is very bad. Most of the time it can't even search for saved places. Still can't enter the street number after the street name in Android Auto. Been waiting for this feature for 2 years. I have to always keep the screen on and tomtom go app running in foreground for it work properly in Android Auto. Otherwise it just looses GPS connection.
Hi TomTom team, you really need to fix this very DANGEROUS bug ASAP! I am using TomTom for years and, despite constant glitches, I like the app. But what happend this weekend is very dangerous. I do have an active subscription. I was driving on the Autobahn at high speed and TomTom said to take the exit soon. Suddenly, it stops navigation and displays a message that my trial period has ended and I need to choose a subscription. In the middle of driving!!! And it is when I do have a subscription! Another glitch, but very dangerous as it put me under stress and distracted my attention from the road. I had to stop on the next parking and restart the app. After that, it worked again. Please fix the bug immediately and NEVER display such messages while driving! Happy to change the rating when you confirm that the bug has been fixed. Thanks
