The recorder works great for in person conversation. But I can't figure out how to make record phone conversations. The little box pops up on the side but it doesn't record any calls. Edit:. So if recording calls is illegal then why does it pop up during a phone call and bring up the full all after the call has ended. Plus, I can find call recording apps in the app store?
The app has failed to save 2 of the 3 recordings that I've used it for. The record process makes it appear as though the audio is being captured, yet upon completion of the recording, the app reroutes to a list of previously saved recordings. There is no prompt to save the new audio file and, upon pressing the back arrow to navigate to the previous recording screen, it reverts back to a new audio file. What should have been the completed audio is only saved as a named 0 bit file.
I recorded a two-hour voice recording, saved it, and everything seemed good...but when I went back to listen, it said the recording was "0 bytes" and said "we can't play this file." I have been spending all day combing through the internet to figure out how to recover the file, because it's really important, but nothing works. Because I do not want to risk this kind of thing ever happening again, I am done using this app.
