Used to be able to watch recordings of previous activity without any problems. Now there are ads when I open the app, ads when it's opened and worst of all the prompt to get "Premium Cloud" storage now prevents me from viewing the video of all recordings that are older than 24 hours. I don't want any subscription, just for the app to work as it used to - afterall that's what I already paid for by buying the product.
Lots of alerts with no activity. So many that you can't search through them all to tell if any actually have people in them. It seems you have to stand in front of camera for a long time before you'll see that in video. Now, when trying to view alerts. There is an add for premium service blocking the clip which can't be moved! I have the $39 basic plan. I'm about ready to just trash it. On the plus side, it stays connected to wifi well and has decent videos of nothing in my driveway.
UPDATE:::::: So the last probably eight months I've had nothing but issues with my camera's going offline. None of them came with us can bar on the bottom of them which makes it even more difficult because you have to pair them every single time, and it never works the first second or third!!! Try. Unhappy.. This seems to be a pretty good app I've been using it for well over a year and I have not had any problems.
