I am using this app since 2019 and I am sad to say that it's getting worse with every bigger update. It was a big step in the version 2.0, and you could expect something like this (smaller hiccups). But in the past 6 months or so it is getting worse and worse, for every new feature that is added, some basic functionality breaks down. Unresponsive "stop fasting" button, fasts which are not being entered or which are being restarted after stop - just to name a few.
It is a great and simple app for any type of interval fasting. I like the reminder with mood records. This gives me the opportunity to reflect on my real mood and condition. I mostly capture a few words about it. This way I noticed for instance that my mood on the 2nd day of fasting is really great, that I am not hungry, very motivated. Which means, that the real struggle is always just the 1st day and this is all I need to overcome while fasting.
App was amazing and I was really enjoying tacking my fasts and other info with it for over 8 weeks. Suddenly the app stopped working today. I tried restarting my phone, then if an update was needed. I finally decided to reinstall the app. I thought that since the app knew that my email address was already registered and even let me create a new password, that my data would still be there. But no! All gone! What a shame. Thank god I'd written everything down, old-school, in a book as back-up.
