Comments about Android Clock Widgets Android Version
Some nice designs. But, I've tried this out on 3 different phones now, set all the correct settings and drawing permissions in order for the clock to stay up to date, but it stalls too often for me to keep it as a main time keeper. Fails to refresh for hours and even days at a time sometimes. But I keep it on my home screen because it looks pretty! And it does display the correct time a lot of the time, but not stable enough as a primary clock just yet. Will rate higher when more reliable! Yes👇
The minimum that I expect from a clock app is that it displays the correct, current time. Unfortunately this app fails at that. I tried the free 'standard text configuration', which frequently hangs, leaving the display frozen at the wrong time. I'm not interested in workarounds, or some combination of gestures that will wake up the crashed app. When I'm glancing at the screen for the time, I need to be able to trust that what I see is right. [Edit: don't blame me for your poor coding]
Honestly, it's a clock app that works well. There are quite a few choices for aesthetics even if a good deal of the nicer-looking ones are behind a paywall. Luckily for cheap fools like myself, there are some sweet looking free ones! I also love that you can put some quick links that make the clock work like a secret folder. It's more than what I asked for and I like that!
