So bad! Can't turn off games, you have to go through and manually click on every single one individually!! It's ridiculous. They also add new games sometimes without any notification! My daughter actually told me there were a couple games that showed up one day. There's also no way to limit the volume! Most kids' devices with audio have some sort of control to make sure they don't put it up too loudly, but not Amazon's! It's honestly surprising how bad the tablet is in kids' mode.
I tried downloading it multiple times to my child's Samsung phone and it crashed every time. Amazon falsely claims that they allow sharing of Kindle books and Audible content within a household, but this faulty app is the only possible way to share content, and they seem to be in no rush to fix it - maybe hoping that we will repurchase our entire library of ebooks and audiobooks. It's frustrating enough that I don't want to buy Kindle or Audible content again

And I find the navigation to be counterintuitive as well. Not pleased. One of the reasons of getting kindle fires for the kids was so that I could easily manage them. Well, good luck getting anything accomplished with this app, if that's what you're trying to do!
