Comments about Hallow: Prayer & Meditation Android Version
Great content, awful interface. It is so hard to just navigate to what I want. If the home tab suggests something, I cannot just click on it to direct myself to more options. For example, it may suggest an episode of Bible in a year. If I click on the episode I cannot then navigate to the rest of the episodes. Please consider grouping content like Spotify does-in fully clickable interfaces with content grouped by "albums"
I really enjoy this app but I recently found out that I was being charged for 2 separate subscriptions under the same email address. I contacted Hallow and got a generic response and nothing more from them. I sent proof of the double payments and subscription. I went in and cancelled the extra subscription but still haven't heard anything back or received a refund from them yet. Please check your accounts if you have switched payment methods, you may be getting overcharged.
Horrible interface, good content. Switching between two devotions is difficult and confusing. Following bible in a year used to work well. Finish a day and at the bottom of the screen was the next day. Click done and could move on. Now Done is hidden above and does not move to the next day. When following the St Joseph novena it dominated the screen and was difficult to go back to Bible in a year. Will cancel if not improved.
