Comments about Signia App Android Version
Doesn't seem to work half the time. Streaming sound is either left or right, never both. Bluetooth constantly disconnects and then reconnects. If the app to hearing aid isn't working properly then how do I know that the hearing aid is actually working? Documentation is extremely poor too. Seems to be getting worse and the actual hearing aids seem to be rubbish after 3 months. Will be returning them and asking for my €5000 back
Wao - bluetooth connection was improved tremendously - works good now. The location service is also not requested anymore. Great - I can really recommend the app like that! The only thing that still does not work is: once the switch-on-delay was turned off it cannot be turned on again, the setting does not change anything
I've had my hearing aids for less then 1 month. To say im discouraged with this "recommended" program is putting it mildly. It will randomly lose Bluetooth connection with what ever I'm listening to. Randomly I will lose one side, either left or right. And the only way I've found to get it to come back is to close the program, reset both hearing aids, then reopen the program and HOPE it works I wish there was a more reliable program to use. I would switch. I don't think Signia really cares.
