Doesn't work with the latest phones when trying to view away from home. It used to work sporadically before the update, however since the latest update can only connect when connected locally. However on old phones with the same app version it works fine. I have been using this app for over 5 years and has generally been fine, until beginning of the year where app updates have caused issues.
Tried to search an entire week due to police investigation, and it turned out EXTRIMELY difficult, trying to download the recorded videos in my Android phone. It would be best, if you had an app for windows and iOS desktop, or laptop. Also the green marked part of the recorded session, which was indicating movements, has disappeared. So, if you try to find out when there was a movement recorded, you have to watch the entire length. Guys, you are making things more difficult.
Plz Provide new options like in timer option (start to end point) view we can set manually. And also provide storage of videos in app for more than 30 days time period.(like if we need to see 2 or 3 months back video playback).And sometimes it shows device offline even when we have good network. Otherwise its good, but just needs New features with no such issues.
