I love the one stop app. It let's me see everything I need to know for event. I love that I can order from my seat. tickets are easy to find. map of location...takes the stress away since I don't feel computer suave. also I noticed since I have set account with them they let me know of current and future events.

Recommend not using the @SeatGeek app. The app indicated thay my credit card did not process the transaction. Only later, after purchasing other tickets, did I realize that it actually did process. I contacted them but they would not provide a refund. You will wait in a long queue to use their chat. I left an email message in the chat which they did not respond to until I waited in the long chat several hours after sending the email.

It is 100000% worth it to pay extra at any other site than to use this one. I ordered a parking pass with next day air delivery. It didn't get delivered for 5 days and to the completely wrong address. They wouldn't tell me where it was, they wouldn't provide a tracking #. I called 10 times throughout the week. Always a different response. Avoid this app at all costs. It ruined a tailgate I had planned for 9 months cause of their incompetence
