There are weird errors that seem impossible to resolve. I tried buying tickets in two different browsers getting an error 0011 even after clearing all browsing data and then restarting one of them. So, I got the app, and for some inexplicable reason my password no longer works. I follow the prompts to change it, and can then login in the app, but when I attempt to look at tickets it just says "Our bad... something went wrong. Let's start over." However, of course starting over fixes nothing.

TM is a monopoly that needs to be taken down a peg. The gall they have adding almost $40 in fees is ridiculous, but as a concertgoer you just have to bend over and take it, if you're lucky enough to get thru the queue, in some cases... The app itself can be super glitchy and there's no way to see previous tickets once the event is over, which is frustrating. It's better than standing in line at the venue or trying to call, like we used to have to do before the internet, but only marginally.

You try to buy tickets and it just spins. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall but that only helps for a day (I can't keep uninstalling every time I want to use it).
