The "Ticketmaster International" app won't let me sign into international accounts. I have a small list or random countries, but cannot log into the store for Ireland. The segmented by country logins are a poor user experience, and planning. I'm sure there's a reason for it though.
Very dissatisfied with this app. I'm Irish living in Germany and want to catch a show while visiting family in Ireland, so I booked tickets on my laptop via Ticketmaster.ie. Because I don't live in Ireland, I could only pick the e-ticket option. Then after buying the tickets, I tried to log into this Ticketmaster app and did not have the option to select Ireland, so could not log into the app. Hope I'll still be able to get into the gig if I show the ticket on my phone's Web browser!
App won't let me into my account. When approaching the company and talking to them they keep telling me to just "troubleshoot" it and it's working fine on their side. But clearly with all these reviews it does not work. Ticketmaster if you want to do this kind of ticket you need to make sure it works.
