Useful, but buggy. Here are the bugs I have noticed: 1. The app forgets the last chosen payment method. I always pay cash and I have to chose it from the drop down list every time. 2. The app doesn't preserve state when building order. If I go to home screen on my phone (intentionally or by accidentally pressing the home button), whatever order I was creating at the time gets lost. Preserving the state when the app goes to the background on Android (or even closes, because the system may choose to close it when in background) is a basic feature of Android apps. 3. It is impossible to choose the same food with different extras. I and a friend wanted to order the same item from the menu, but wanted different extras. Instead of adding a new item, the app replaced the old one with the one with newly chosen extras.
The app itself is not bad, but Glovo has one of the worst customer service teams I have ever interacted with, and that is coming from someone who has actually worked in the industry. When I got a completely wrong order, I was offered the option to have someone pick up my order and bring me a new one, I don't want to know where the order would've gone afterwards, or a refund, which ended up being for less than what I paid, after I provided pictures for proof. Unprofessional is an understatement.
I don't have the option to talk to agents when I have a problem with an order anymore (for example, when I have missing items). my last 2 orders had items missing and I couldn't talk to anyone about it! you only have an option to send your details through email but no one answers, even though we are told it won't take more than 2 or 3 days to get an answer. I am seriously thinking about cancelling my monthly subscription with you guys. please change it the way it was!
