The updated app has a LOT of issues. Every single time I open the app, "please log back in" screen appears. The app logs me out, forcing me to log back in EACH TIME. Having to wait for the VERIFICATION code sent by email. Then I have to sign into my email for the blasted code before I can access my Safeway account. Extremely time consuming. When adding deals for J4U deals, each time you clip a coupon, the app drops to the bottom of the list. Then you have to scroll back to the top. No Good!
Stop emailing and notifying me when I have stuff in my cart. It's useless and annoying. I know there is stuff there. I don't need a reminder 5 minutes after closing the app. Be nice if substitution/no substitution directions were followed. Too difficult to get a refund for incorrect items. Uninstalling. I'll just go to the store and actually get my products I ordered.
The print on this app is now so tiny & there's no way to expand. I can't use it without the option to make the print larger. Changed a lot of products to not be available for pickup with no explanation. It's hard to find options like changing your store. Too much on every page. Not very good/ thorough descriptions of products.
